If you are not satisfied with any product that you receive, simply contact us within 5 days of receipt of delivery by either:

We will be happy to arrange for the return of the product to us (at our cost) and a replacement item or full refund to be given.
If your delivery does not arrive when expected, you MUST notify us within 72 hours of the expected delivery time in order for us to act accordingly. This also applies to broken or damaged goods.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
